How do I get a refund for a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store?

As you have subscribed through the Apple App Store, you can cancel and process a refund only through Apple directly.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Open "Settings" on your Apple device.

  2. Tap on your photo.

  3. Tap on "Subscriptions" > Select Curio.

  4. Click on "Cancel Subscription".

Once that is done, here is how to request a refund:

  1. Visithttps://getsupport.apple.com.

  2. Click on "Billing & Subscriptions".

  3. Click on "Subscriptions & Purchases".

  4. Click on "Request a refund".
